Www.PrimedeQ.com is an e-Marketplace for medical equipment buying, selling, servicing, spares & other related services focused on small and medium hospitals in smaller towns on India. Primedeq India’s aim is to help these hospitals provide affordable yet reliable quality of healthcare. Earlier Shanthi also Founded S4Care consulting Services Private Limited, a boutique management consulting company exclusively focused on performance excellence in healthcare sector.

Shanthi has over 28 years of experience in Healthcare, Financial services and BPO sectors. Prior to founding PrimedeQ, Shanthi was the CEO of Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai. Shanthi has held leadership positions in IBM India (healthcare consulting), Max Healthcare and Hewitt Associates. She started her career with long innings with ICICI Bank.

Shanthi is MBA with specialization in Finance & Systems, from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Annamalai University.
